We became friends when we started doing our master’s. We found ourselves in the same group and built a solid friendship from there. We would meet in school every weekend, and when class closed, I would drive her to a point where she would get a car home.
This Saturday, the first lecturer didn’t come, and the next lecture was in the next two hours, so she bought food and entered my car to eat while I sat next to her reading. Right after eating, she said she was tired and wanted to sleep, so I opened the windows and my doors to allow air for her to sleep.
Then I heard the first sound of a fart. I looked at her, and she was far gone. And then there was another one, and another.
Nothing serious because, if you want to be honest, everyone farts when they sleep. I didn’t pay much attention until the next one, which was a little bit loud, so she woke up and caught herself doing it. I even tried to pretend I didn’t hear it. She screamed, “Oh, sorry! I can’t believe this happened. I’m sorry, please forgive me.”
To make her feel better, I said, “Oh, but that’s normal. Why are you making it look like you’ve done something untoward? This is the third or fourth one, but it didn’t bother me.”
She buried her face in her palms and murmured, “That’s embarrassing!”
I was fine, very fine paaa, but she instantly became moody, and I tried to crack jokes to get her off the mood, but nothing worked. After lectures that day, she gave me an excuse not to go with me even when I insisted, and since then, this my beautiful friend has been giving me excuses.
What Will Make You Leave Me After Forty Years Of Marriage?
I had love intentions. We were growing towards the sun with good vibes and easy conversations, but all of a sudden, because she farted, she’s cutting me off. I’ve tried ooo. I’ve said everything to revive her embarrassed soul, but nothing is bringing her back to where we used to be. Even coming to sit in my car is a problem. She tells me it reminds her of her day of shame. How is this shameful?
