I fell in love with a Lesotho man four months ago. Things were not perfect. We had our ups and downs. Sometimes my anger got out of hand. Other times too, it was his anger that caused our fights. Regardless of whose fault it was, we always worked it out.

However, our last fight didn’t end so well. We were fine. Nothing was amiss the day it went awry. It was a Saturday. I was at home when he called to tell me that he was going to the pub to have a few drinks. I said, “Okay, be safe. Let me know when you’re leaving.”
I didn’t sleep throughout the night. I was awake waiting for his call. When I still didn’t hear back from him around 4 AM, I called him.
“You are still not back from the tavern?”
“I got back not long ago. I’m home now,” he responded.
He didn’t live far from me so I asked him to come see me. Usually, he would be excited to. But this time around he seemed hesitant. I wanted to leave him be but he told me he would come.
When he arrived, I opened the door and led him to the bedroom. It was a cold night so we got under my blankets and snuggled. Just as I turned off the lights for us to sleep, his phone beeped. Twice.
“Who is texting you at this time?”
He said he didn’t know. Something about his demeanour made me disbelieve him. So I asked him to call the person and let’s see who it is. As soon as the person picked up, a lady’s voice said, “You can come now before my phone shuts off.”
Time stilled. I felt heat, great heat in my stomach. I asked him who the lady was but he was silent. Out of anger, I took his phone and broke it. This made him angry but he didn’t react. He just put his head on one of my pillows and went to sleep.
In the morning you wouldn’t know anything dramatic had happened between us. We had the most intense sex we ever had since we started dating.
The exhaustion put him right back to sleep. I thought everything would be fine but when he woke up he brought up the phone issue. He sounded upset about it. I apologised and told him I would get it fixed.
All he said was, “What I will do to you, will hurt you for your entire life.”
Three Months After Our Breakup, He Got Married
The last time I saw him was when he left my place that day. He went home, packed his stuff, and disappeared. No one has seen him since. His friends and family don’t know his whereabouts either.
If this is his way of getting revenge, then he is cruel. Who does that? I don’t know how I am going to heal from this.

Probably he’s gone to his hometown
So organize yourself and move on
Whatever you said in your story makes everything looks like you’re kind of authoritative on him so he actually did the right thing by disappearing from you.
Who knows what you will be breaking next?
Maybe his head.
In fact, the brotherhood is proud of him.
You better think of working on yourself for the next gentleman.
Shame!
Thank God he did not break your head after you broke his phone
That suits you,you deserve more than that…mtcheeeew
Very touching storyline!
