My uncle got married two years ago after the death of his wife. The lady is quite young and fair. When he brought her home to see my mom, I remember my mom teasing him, “So all along you preferred fair women and you married Maggie, who was as dark as charcoal?”

That was the first time I met the lady. The lady now manages the shop his late wife used to manage. It’s quite a big grocery shop at the center of town. My friends live around that place so I pass that route a lot. Late one night, I was coming from my friend’s house when I saw my uncle’s wife entering a white Toyota pickup.
It could have been anybody, so I didn’t think much of it until I saw it the second and third time. The third time, I saw the pickup parked outside a hotel in the next town where we had gone to do some small job. I still didn’t think much about the pickup until I saw them entering the hotel.
I intentionally called my uncle and after talking to him, I asked, “How’s wifey? I haven’t seen her in a long while.” He gladly responded, “She’s doing very well. She’s even traveled for a friend’s wedding.”
I screamed in my head, “Agye ta!”
This uncle of mine, the way he’s wicked. A very “chisel” man. He’s my mom’s elder brother and once upon a time we all lived in the same house. He would never give you a penny. My mom asked him for help with our school fees one day and he told her he couldn’t take care of another man’s joke. That joke is me.
Men Don’t Like It When Women Do The Paying
We nicknamed him “Chisel.” Now his wife is being chipped away piece by piece by a true chisel, and I’m that “joke” who found out.
If I knew that guy, I would have given him a high five every morning and even run errands for him for free. Or buy him waist power so he would be able to do the job very well. Old man like you, you won’t marry someone your age. Now tell me, who is the joke?

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤭🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Sam…
You are the joke. Your sense of entitlement is unbelievable. Your uncle doesn’t owe you. Focus on yourself and make Mama proud.
