Three years after dating, my boyfriend was not saying anything about marriage. I had been a good girlfriend, supported him financially when he was down, and even contributed for him to buy a car, but anytime I tried to bring up marriage conversations, he tried to change the topic. He had always spoke about his church and the love he had for the church. I thought going to his church with him on Sundays would help, so I started going to church with him.

I met his favorite man of God, who was also a seer. He believed everything this man said, to the extent that if this man called his parents witches, he would avoid his parents.

I warmed up to this man of God, got his number, and we started talking. I told him about my boyfriend and his reluctance about marriage. He asked me to buy oil and also sow a seed of GHC 1,000, and I did exactly that. He said, “He will marry you in a year, just watch me.”

Weeks later, I wasn’t even in church with my boyfriend when he prophesied openly to my boyfriend that God had revealed to him that I was the woman who would bring blessings to him and his generation. He said, “If you don’t marry her within a year, I can see a man coming from outside the country to snatch her from you. Remember, when she leaves, your blessings leave with her.”

My boyfriend didn’t tell me about the prophecy, but he started talking about marriage. The seer called and asked how it was going. I told him he had started talking about marriage. He said, “That’s good. Every prophecy is a prophecy but don’t forget to be a good wife.”

When my boyfriend suggested marriage within a year, I asked him, “What changed?” He said he had come to the realization that God had chosen me for him. I told him he should give me two years to prepare fully because I was about to go to school.

He screamed, “No, it can’t take that long. When we marry, you can still go to school. I will even support you to do it. We’ve done three years, and you want to add two more years?”

This guy rushed to my parents when I didn’t know he was going there. He fixed a date for the knocking rite himself and told me I was delaying. He even asked, “Or you’re waiting for a man abroad to come and marry you?”

In less than a year, we were married, and it was this seer who blessed our marriage. He said during our wedding, “Remember what I told you and go according to what the Lord has said over your life.”
